Alfie (Made to Order)

from $49.00

Simple and elegant dinnerware set. Natural stoneware accented by luxurious gold pewter glaze.

Inspired by an autumn trip to Japan in 2019, these pieces make a wonderful set to be enjoyed everyday. The minimal and neutral design makes these great for mixing and matching with other pieces. And the rich bronze was inspired by my visits to temples and pieces I made at the Kiyomizudera Studio in Kyoto.

My stepson’s favorite bronzed cup was made during this trip. So this collection is named after him, a lover of Japan: sushi, anime, minimalism.

CUSTOM ORDER - please allow 2-3 weeks.

“5 stars. This tea bowl/cup was purchased as a birthday gift for a dear friend. She loves it. The hardest part about shopping at Betty Kim’s shop was choosing which particular piece I wanted. Beautiful in its simplicity”
